HorribleMaker is an online card generator that allows users to create custom black and white Cards Against Humanity–style prompts and punchlines. The service is provided as-is, with both free and paid options available.
2. User Eligibility
To use HorribleMaker:
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- If purchasing a Pro plan, you must have a valid payment method.
- You agree not to use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
3. Free & Pro Access
Free Access:
- Limited card generations per day
- No account required
- Fewer features and slower generation speed
Pro Access:
- Requires paid subscription (billed monthly via Stripe)
- Includes priority generation, PDF downloads, themes, advanced filters, and more
- Usage is subject to fair use limits to prevent abuse
4. Payments & Billing
- Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
- You will be billed monthly on a recurring basis unless canceled.
- All purchases are non-refundable. Please try the free version before upgrading.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse or abuse the service (e.g., excessive requests, scraping)
- Generate content that violates laws, promotes hate speech, or incites violence
- Upload or distribute harmful code (malware, spyware, etc.)
We reserve the right to block or suspend users who violate these rules.
6. Intellectual Property
- All generated content is for personal, entertainment, or educational use only.
- You are responsible for how you use generated cards.
- HorribleMaker is not affiliated with Cards Against Humanity™ or any other brand mentioned in user-generated content.
- The platform, website, and design are owned by HorribleMaker and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
HorribleMaker is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for:
- Any loss of data
- Damage from using or not being able to use the service
- Generated content that is offensive or inappropriate
Use the platform at your own risk.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse the platform
- Payment fails after retries (for Pro users)
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued.
